Sims 4 Save File - 25 years after the Sims 2

I created a new save file for the Sims 4 with a timeline that is set approximately 25 years after the Sims 2. Willow Creek now features familiar households we all know and love from the Sims 2 Pleasantview, with their lore and stories set 25 years after the Sims 2 base game. All Sims have been given suitable aspirations, careers, clubs, after-school clubs, skills, relationships with other Sims, milestones, likes/dislikes, turn on-turn off's and their sexualities have been been set. There are connections between the families with affairs, broken egnagements, secret children and new babies on the way too!

Never Played Rotationally in The Sims 4?

• This save file is designed to be played rotationally, so all the households of Willow Creek are played to further develop the stories. If you have never played rotationally in the Sims 4 before check out my blog post which explains how, plus tips and recommended mods (no mods are required, but there are some useful ones).

General Notes

• This save file is CC and mod free. However, lots of DLC has been used to create these Sims and create/decorate their homes. If you do not have certain DLC for the Sims 4, Sims might be missing clothing, careers, and homes might be missing furniture etc.

• This save file is based on my current Pleasantview playthrough, and so the Sims ages don't quite align with 25 years as my age span isn't an exact 1 day = 1 year lifespan. Plus the Sims 4 has a strange life-span in the un-modded game with the teenager lifestage 21 days and the children lifestage 14 days so I did the best I could.

• I also created this save file inside another save file of mine where I renovated the lots in Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, Magnolia Promenade, Windenburg and San Myshuno (except the park). Sims from these worlds have had make-overs and there are a few new families added in too.

• I deleted out some Sims that don't fit in with this save-file as I have my own versions e.g. Dustin Broke from the Get Famous expansion, Skip Broke from Adventure Awaits expansion, The Landgraab household in Oasis Springs and Angela/Lilith from the University expansion.

• The old residents of Willow Creek (the Pancakes, BFFs and the Spencer-Kim's) have been kicked out and moved to Oasis Springs.

• This was created before the Feb 3rd 2026 base game updated, therefore some families do not have the ancestors that were added to the game in this update.

Households

Lotharios

Cassandra and Don got hitched at a young age. They've had a happy marriage and now have four kids together, the eldest soon off to college. But Cass has been oblivious to Don's cheating with many women throughout their marriage, will Cassandra catch Don? And will she find out about his secret love child with Kaylynn Langerak.

Caliente-Goth

After Bella's disappearance Mortimer married Dina Caliente. Despite the marriage originally being only for financial gain on Dina's part they had a great life together and three kids. Now that Mortimer has passed on, how will Dina manage raising three teenagers on her own whilst grieving? And will she ever find out Mortimer had an affair when Bella returned to Willow Creek after her mysterious disappearance and fathered their secret love child, Roseanna?

Goth

Alexander met the love of his life Christy, but college seperated them for a few years and there was infedility on both sides as they struggled with the long-distance relationship. Alex and Christy have forgiven each other, are now married and expecting twin daughters. But will they be able to put the past behind them and trust each other fully?

Pleasant

Kaylynn finally got Daniel all to herself and managed to tie him down into a marriage, but has he really committed this time around? And will Kaylynn be able to keep the identity of Marie's father a secret or will it come out and ruin the lives of another famiy in town?

Landgraab- Pleasant

Mary-Sue got a second chance at love with the rich and successful Malcolm Landgraab, but will the scars from her past haunt her or will this marriage be the one she always hoped to have with Daniel? Will Malcolm let his daughter Matilda forge her own path or will he insist she follow in his footsteps? And will Lilith ever move out of the poolhouse and start a family of her own?

Bachelor-Goth

Bella's strange disappearance many years ago led Mortimer to beleive she'd died. Mortimer moved on and married Dina Caliente but he never forgot his first love Bella. When Bella returned years later, with no memories of what happened to her and an altered age Bella and Mortimer re-united in a steamy affair shortly before Mortimer's death, and together they had Roseanna. Mortimer died and Bella eventually re-married to Jeff. Will Bella find everlasting happiness second time around?

Newbie-Broke

After Darren Dreamer called off their engagement Brandi's heart was broken. For years Brandi dated but never found anyone else until Travis came along. Now they're married and raising their son Charlie together along with Brandi's kids Beau and Skipper. Has Brandi finally found the happiness she has always wanted?

Dreamer

Darren called off his engagement to Brandi Broke when his wife Darleen was resurrected by son Dirk. Darren and Darleen have a second chance at the life they always planned together. Will Darren's decision to quit the medical field and pursue his dreams of becoming and artist pay off or will the family continue to struggle financially? And will Dareen learn to accept his eldest son Dirk's relationship with an older woman and notorious serial romantic?

Broke-Pleasant

Dustin and Angela have been together since they were teenagers, but it hasn't been easy. Angela wants nothing but a wedding and babies, but Dustin isn't ready to be tied down just yet. Will Angela find out Dustin's been seeing other women behind her back? Will Dustin ever get his act together and get his life on the straight and narrow?

Caliente-Dreamer

Nina had no insterest in settling down and having kids like her sister Dina. Being an auntie was more than enough for her! But slowly she is beginning to think there is more to life than partying and woohoo'ing. Is she really going to go through with a wedding to much younger man who is just fresh out of college?

Burb

John and Jennifer have been very productive raising six children together. Somehow through multiple pregnancies Jennifer has also moved up her career ladder, and the family are slowly becoming more financially stable. With their eldest daughters moved out on their own, and their third soon off to college how will John and Jennifer cope with the smaller household? Or will there be more babies in the future for these two?

Oldie-Burb

Lucy Burb was the girl everyone wanted or wanted to be as a teen. Popular and beautiful she had her pick of the guys in town. After college, Lucy finally settled down and is planning out a future with fiance Lee. Can Lee cope with so many eyes on Lucy? Or will jealosy tear this relationship apart?

Oldie

Rhiannon is the second eldest of the many Burb children, she has settled down with her teen-sweetheart Conrad. They've welcomed their first child, Coral, at a young age. How will they balance building their careers and raising their daughter?
