Autonomous Casual Romance (ACR) - autonomous romance mod, also lets you set jealous, risky woohoo & more!
Counterfeit College Diploma - to assign college degrees to Adults/Elders who didn't go to University.
50 New Lifetime Wants - adds more options for LTWs.
LTW Chooser - choose your Sims LTW.
Monique's Hacked Computer - for online clothes shopping.
Control this Sim - let's you take control of another Sim that's not in your household.
Book Covers and Icons - default replacement for novel icons and covers.
Adoption: choose age, gender and skintone - enables pop up options at the point of adoption to customise the adoptee's characteristics.
Same day adoption - your adoptee arrives quicker, usually it is 10am the next day.
Puppy/kitten patterned coats enabled - allows the patters and different coat colour combinations to be enabled on puppies and kittens at the point of birth.
Custom crops - custom harvestable plants.
Buffet food doesn't spoil - prevent food served on the buffet tables from spoiling.
48hr Pregnancy - reduces default pregnancy length to just 48hrs.
Formula Fridge - a small fridge that has baby bottles, great for putting in nurseries to save your Sims walking to the fridge in the kitchen.
Driving Lessons - this mod makes it so your Sims require a driving license to drive a car, they can study for their theory test, take lessons and then take their test.
Homework folder - a mod which allows your children/teens claim a homework folder which you can place on your lot, they will then place all homework wherever the folder is located so you can easily keep track of it!
Job summary, newspaper and computer - this mod summarises the jobs available in the newspaper and on the computer so you can quickly cancel out and not have to click through if the job you are looking for is un-available.
Nature's Kitty Litter - this mod is two little stones you can place outside and your cat will use this as a litter tray and effectively go to the toilet outside.
