Genetically Correct Clean Template
I am using this version of Strangetown by the TheDudeWithTheDragonTattoos.
Terrain Replacement - Adding New Roads
I used this terrain of Strangetown with extra roads by Ezlla.
Download the terrain, extract it and place inside to your SC4terrains folder rather than your downloads folder, start the game and create a new world using this terrain. I called the world "STnewterrain" but the name doesn't really matter. Close the game once done.
I then used the hood replace programme by Mootilda to terrain replace Strangetown with the new version.
As always back up your game files before doing anything.
Download HoodReplace.zip and unzip it. Run the EXE from the unzipped location.
Run HoodReplace.exe and select the "from" and "to" neighborhoods which for me were "STnewterrain" and "Strangetown" respectively.
Check the box "roads" you can also copy over bridges, terrain, trees and decorations if you are doing a more substantial replacement. I also check the boxes to fix terrain, decorations and trees.
Tip - before doing the terrain replace I temporarily moved the Curious brothers, Beakers and Smiths to the main road at the edge of the map. I found this fixed an issue I had with some roads replacing but being invisible. I moved them back once the new terrain was in place.
Custom Sky and Skyline
I used the great sky of totalitarianism by Lowedeus.
I used the desert skyline from GreatCheesecakePersona.

All Sims have had makeovers and some have had their lifetime want changed. Turn on and turn offs remained un-changed. Primary aspirations were left unchanged but secondary aspirations were randomised for all adults/elders. I do not give teens or younger secondary aspirations until they age up to young adult or adult. Sim ages in my game will be different to Maxis originals as I have my own ageing system.
